Thank you for using DentaCheques!

This newly-built site is much more intuitive and user-friendly than that of the 2008 and the 2009 editions, but please be aware of the following:

The 2010 site is starting from scratch – unless you’ve used DentaCheques 2010, you do not have a username or password.

You will need to create an account or register a book. After doing so, you will never need to do so again. If you need to change your information, you may, but you will never need to re-enter it.

Some of the info that will be requested…

• “Address”: Please do not use a PO Box, as many companies cannot deliver your MEGAsamples to PO Boxes
• “Email”: you may use whatever email you like regardless of whether you’ve used it for DentaCheques in the past
  • This will be the address to which your confirmation notice will be sent
  • Should you forget you username and password, that info will be sent to this address
• “User name”: Choose your own user name
• “Password”: Choose your own password
• “Phone Number”: Please enter your office number, as this is how your supply company can identify your account
